What is Lotza?
Lotza is me, and together with my mom, we offer you a selection of decorative posters inspired by travel destinations , printed on 350g/m2 matte coated paper. Ideal for travel enthusiasts, creative workplaces, or as a unique gift.

We offer several standard formats:

What type of paper are the posters printed on?
Our posters and postcards are digitally printed on thick, coated, matte 350gsm paper for excellent color fastness and a high-end finish.
Where do your products come from?
Our posters are printed in France and all our products are also manufactured, printed and embroidered in France.
Order & Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
- France: delivery in 2 to 5 working days
- In Europe: 5 to 10 working days
A tracking number is sent to you upon shipment.
How can I get my invoice?
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link to "Download your invoice." You can obtain it in A4 format as a .pdf.
What are the delivery costs?
- Metropolitan France: from €4.90
- Free on purchases of €50 or more in mainland France
- International shipping: calculated at checkout depending on the country
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirming it?
Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or by email.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can click on it at any time to check the delivery progress.
Return & Refund
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to return an item, in accordance with your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
How to make a return?
Simply contact us via our form or by email with your order number. We will provide you with the procedure to follow and the return address.
When will I be reimbursed?
Once the returned package has been received and checked, we will refund you within 7 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will only cover the product and not the original shipping costs.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Don't worry: send us a photo of the damaged item upon receipt. If the package is damaged upon receipt, do not accept the order. We will resend you a new product for free or issue a full refund.
